About SIX THIRTY
SIX THIRTY isn't your average protein bar. Each bar is thoughtfully crafted with organic ingredients and grass-fed whey protein — designed to fuel workouts, power long days, and everything in between. We started SIX THIRTY to raise the standard for what a protein bar should be: clean ingredients, bold flavor, no compromises.
SIX THIRTY was founded by two friends with a shared belief: what you put into your body matters. Dissatisfied with the shortcuts and compromises common in the protein bar industry, they set out to create a bar made only with clean, whole ingredients. Every decision — from sourcing to flavor — reflects a personal commitment to quality, transparency, and nutrition they trust for themselves.

We use grass-fed whey protein. It's a high-quality, complete protein that delivers the amino acids your body needs to recover and stay fueled, sourced to meet the clean standards we set for ourselves.
Yes — all of our bars are gluten-free.
No. SIX THIRTY bars are made with no seed oils and no bioengineered (GMO) ingredients. Just real, clean fuel.

Our bars are gluten-free and made with whey (a dairy-derived protein), so they are not dairy-free. If you have a specific allergy, please check the full ingredient list on each product page, and reach out to us with any questions before ordering.
